Elegant Loft
A steel staircase cuts the space in two and changes everything. Below, the living area with the kitchenette and the ochre wall that catches fire at sunset. Above, the bedroom, the double bed, the quiet.
The loft is air-conditioned, bright, and has everything you actually need: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine, iron, fast Wi-Fi and a TV with Netflix and Prime Video. In the living room the sofa turns into a second double bed, so four of you will be comfortable.
On the balcony there's a small table for two: that's where summer breakfasts happen, and where the evenings end. Downstairs you'll find supermarkets, bars and pizzerias; the bus stop is a hundred metres away and the station gets you to Milan in fifteen minutes. If you're flying in, I can arrange a shuttle on request.
A note about the sofa bed. Beds are made up according to the number of guests on the booking, so the sofa bed is only opened if there are more than two of you. If there are two of you and you'd rather have separate beds, just tell us — there's a one-off €42 supplement for linen and laundry.

The ceiling lights come on in whatever colour you like. That's the moment the space stops being a flat and becomes somewhere of your own.

Villa Room
with Pool
You come in through the garden, and the city disappears. An old olive tree, two palms, the lawn, the sun-warm wood of the patio and the water of the pool that sits there all day, every day, just for you.
The room has its own en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, a 40-inch TV with Netflix and Prime Video, and Wi-Fi that is genuinely fast here — 437 Mbps measured. Outside, the patio and the pool are entirely yours, day and night.
A welcome drink by the pool is waiting when you arrive. Breakfast in the morning. In between, the nothing you deserve: the pool is private and screened from view, and you can enjoy the sun in complete privacy, all-over tan included, if that's what you're after. Nobody watches you here and nobody judges.
We're minutes from Monza Park, the F1 circuit and San Gerardo Hospital. On request I arrange a shuttle to and from the airports — Linate, Malpensa, Orio al Serio — and from other places too.
The villa only opens for major events. We open it for the Monza Grand Prix and for the other big events in the area — the days when having a private pool minutes from the circuit changes the nature of the stay. The calendar on Airbnb and Booking shows the dates that are genuinely open; if you can't find your dates, message me and I'll tell you when the next ones are.

How do I book?

Is parking included?
Yes. Both places have free parking on site. You don't need to book it or pay for it separately.
How far are you from the F1 circuit and Monza Park?
A few minutes by car. On Grand Prix weekend it pays to set off early, but staying here means avoiding the hotels in Monza and their September prices.
How do I get to Milan?
Fifteen minutes by train from the nearby station. By car, the dual carriageway is close by. If you're flying in, I can arrange a shuttle to and from Linate, Malpensa and Orio al Serio, and from other places too. It's a paid service: message me before you arrive and I'll tell you the cost.
How does check-in work?
However you prefer. At the villa I welcome you in person — it's part of the stay, with the welcome drink by the pool. At the loft I can meet you on arrival, or you can let yourself in with detailed instructions that guests consistently describe as crystal clear. Times are 5–8 pm at the loft and 3–8 pm at the villa; if you're arriving later, message me and we'll sort it out.
How many people can sleep there?
The loft sleeps up to 4: a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. The villa room is for 2 people.
Is the Villa Room open all year?
No. We only open it during certain periods, tied to the season and the pool. The calendar on Airbnb and Booking shows the dates that are genuinely available — if you can't find your dates, message me and I'll tell you when we reopen.
Are you convenient for San Gerardo Hospital?
Very, and it's one of the reasons many guests choose the loft. If you're coming to Monza for treatment or to be near family, you get a whole flat with a kitchen and washing machine, minutes from the hospital.
